SterilGuard Asepto is an integrated disposable assembly designed to reduce the number of components that need to be prepared by the operator. The transparent canister allows visual observation of the filtration process and liquid condition during operation.
The test sample is passed through a membrane capable of retaining microorganisms. Following filtration, appropriate rinsing and culture-media introduction procedures can be performed according to the applicable sterility-test method and laboratory procedure.
